Recruiter Needed!
Randstad, USA is seeking a temporary recruiter to work in the Glen Mills, PA branch. This opportunity is a long-term opportunity with performance based advancement possibilities. Candidates must have prior high volume recruitment experience. The office environment is very fast paced and requires the ability to multitask. Recruiters will be required to schedule a minimum of 15 interviews per day for varying light industrial positions, technical positions and occasionally clerical positions. Candidates must be comfortable supporting the recruiting demands a high volume account, supporting three account managers, and handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls. Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor while performing in a high pressure environment. Candidates must be flexible, hard working and committed to results.
